Excellent products!!! Fast shipment. Product shipment tracking was available and accurate. Frames, lenses are of great quality. I highly recomnend this online lens company. I have shared my experience with everyone I know!

I took my glasses in to have the prescription checked. They were not exact, but they were close enough. I suspect the PD or seg height are off between lenses as it feels like my eyes are being pulled. The frames feel cheap. They are, actually. Nowhere else would you get three pair of progressives for $119. I am certain I requested one pair to be sunglasses, but all came clear and I can't find my original order.

First time ordering from you. Orders a prescription eyeglasses with tinted lens. Frame is nice but the prescription seems to be off. It was supposed to be progressive so I could have both, regular view and be able to read (near), but I don’t.

Sorry, we are sending progressive glasses. We believe that you need to clarify whether your original prescription is correct first , as your original prescription does not have any symbols

Sadly I can read my experience with Muukal repeatedly in other reviews. Received an unwearable pair of chitty glasses. Replaced with an even chittier pair of unwearable glasses. Offered a partial refund, unless I return them to some Chinese address (extortion)! And finally being called "100% scammer and liar" in their reply to my review. Rinse and repeat, and I'm the scammer!

We believe you are a 100% scammer. We have remade the glasses according to your request and have already delivered them. Your feedback is that you only received the glasses case, which is a joke. Who would steal your glasses and leave the glasses case behind? You can say anything you want, but the fact is that you are a liar.

3 months and countless back and forth trying to get my glasses right! A 50% refund offer or ship them back to China at my expense doesn't sound like 100% customer satisfaction. Oh wait, Muukal represents itself as being out of Texas...NOT! GO ELSEWHERE

It was a very easy process to find and order my 3 new pairs. The sale is what hooked me and then your site was seamless.
