Bought 3 pairs on special and they all fit and feel “right”. There was a small issue with one pair, the lens had a different appearance in the ad versus in my hand. Taking a closer look it was apparent that the issue was more on my end than Muukal but they went above & beyond to make me happy with my order. Next year I know where I’ll be spending my insurance eyeglasses allowance. MUUKAL!

I love the frames, but the lenses are not centered. Therefore I cannot wear them on my face/nose the way they were meant to be worn, as I have to slide them down which is very uncomfortable. If it wouldn't have been for that, they would have been great, but since I can't wear them I am without glasses.

This is a horrible place to buy glasses, the lenses are good but Dollar Tree frames. No matter what they say there are NO RETURNS. You can but get only a fraction of your purchase back. Worst decision ever.

Sorry, after receiving the glasses on October 15th, you said that there were gaps in the glasses. We remade them directly , and the remade glasses were delivered on October 29th. You didn't say anything wrong, so what is the problem? Thank you and looking forward to your reply
