I got three pairs of glasses for $119 that cost me $143, but that's not the problem. The distortion and poor quality of the lenses has me feeling like I'm looking through a fun-house mirror. The positioning of the progressive shift is way off. They supposedly "guarantee" quality. Yeah, right. That's FALSE! Customer service was rude and dismissive, saying that it's impossible. Their website says the return address is in Plano, TX, but they want me to pay shipping to China (they say $50) plus 45% tariff. Then they said that they would simply credit me $70 and I can keep the (unusable) glasses. I would opt for that, BUT now they are harassing me via email and text saying that I have to take down my bad review. NO WAY. That is coercion. HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH SUBPAR PRODUCT, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND PREDATORY TACTICS. By the way, they get an F- on the BBB page. I will take up the discussion with my credit card company.

My husband bought 3 pairs of glasses, and he really likes them all! Great price, 3 different looks!

These were my 9th pair from Muukal and the last two are my favorite so far! They fit perfect prescription is right on and received them with in 10 days maybe sooner ! I highly recommend just find the ones you like and stop paying high prices at the eye store . Thank you

They fit perfectly. I have ordered glasses from other online companies and they haven't fit or I could see with them. These were great!

I bought 3 glasses because you have funner glasses than the local places. And I enjoy accessorizing with my glasses. The frames are great, better quality than I expected for the price. But the lenses, vision is not sharp in them. The prescription isn't off because I bought 5 more pairs elsewhere and their lenses are sharp when I view through them.

Glasses fully meet expectations such that my wife ordered 2 pair for her own prescription.
