Llegaron super rápido!

First time user. Had excellent experience. Order arrived sooner than the glasses order from local Walmart optical. I got 3 pairs for $125 which blew every other online glasses supplier out of the water. Frames were sturdy and well made. no issues with the lenses. Excellent experience.

Great experience. The site was easy to navigate and place my order. After ordering I had read some reviews and was worried, but in the end the glasses were great! Took advantage of the 3 progressives for &119.

Could not see with the prescription that was ordered. Waiting to see what next step would be.

Tried to get assistance in changing frame for my glasses and they wanted an additional fee of $40. May be valid, but they could have done better for a first time customer?!?

My sunglasses are fine. But my regular glasses do not sit straight on my face. Its like the ear pieces are different. Can send you a picture if you like. If you could please send me 2 earpieces that would be wonderful. See my order for frame # and color

I ordered twice so far because their prices are unbeatable, especially for a complex prescription like mine. The quality of the frames and the lenses is great and their customer service is very responsive. Shipping is relatively fast even without paying for express service, even better with express shipping for a very reasonable price. Each pair of glasses is packed with attention to detail and securely in a case. Prescriptions have always been accurate. The one time I had a small issue, it was resolved quickly. Long story short, I highly recommend Muukal!

I was really impressed on how quickly the glasses were received. The complete transition from the website to the end result is very impressive. Totally satisfied!
