I purchased 3 pairs in Aug 25. The styles and lenses were great on all 3, but 2 of the glasses have cracked after just 4 months. They replaced my first pair that cracked a couple of months after having them. The replacement pair cracked after only a few months as well. My red pair cracked as well. I have one pair that is in great condition and it's the pair I barely wear because I use them as sunglasses. That is also the only pair that has metal stems. One of stems on one pair came off and I noticed it wasn't screwed on, but glued on. I knew I was taking a chance on the price. I'll return to ordering from Zenni.

These glasses are everything I'd hoped for and didn't really expect from an on-line purchase. i love the frames and the progressive lenses are every bit as good as the more expensive glasses I used to buy. MuukalOptical is my go-to from now on.

Ordered 2 pair of progressives. Both came with the wrong PD (out by over 10mm) - this was confirmed by an optomatrist and results sent to Muukal. After numerous emails (with them blaming me for the error), they had me take pictures of the frames on and then claimed the frames were "too big" - no where on the site was there a PD range nor did it state anything when I submitted the order. Initially said I could order another pair under $20 and they would replace the one pair - I refused. Then they said they would give me a $50 refund - again I refused as I would still be out $88 - I wanted a full refund as per their policy "If you receive the wrong items which are not what you ordered, please contact us with a photo of the package and the wrong items. We will resend you the correct items immediately. Note: There is no need to return any of the wrong items." They said they would refund me if I shipped the glasses back paying for the shipping and customs in both Canada and China. I again refused as that is not what their policy states. They will no longer communicate with me. BRUTAL customer service!! In response to your reply - I did NOT make the mistake .. no where did it say that these frames would not work and you still went ahead and processed them WRONG. what do I want? I want a refund as your policy says WITHOUT me having to pay to send them back
