Did I order glasses without taking the time to read enough reviews and not doing enough investigating? I am still waiting for my two pairs. I'm a little less excited now since seeing these recent reviews about the glasses being a total disaster. Who do I believe? How do I read several reviews saying the glasses and the customer service are the worst experiences they've ever had and then other reviews that say 5 stars and the quality of the glasses and the customer service are impeccable? I'm confused as to how the same company could have such drastic differences in quality and customer service. I'm hoping maybe these couple of reviews that said Muukal was horrible, were people that just got treated less than perfect and now they have it out for Muukal. Time will tell, but I assure you when I get to leave a review, it will be 100% truthful. Mark

I was excited to get my glasses and the second day one pair broke. The frame broke and the lens came out. Muukal reached out to me and made things right. I will use them again

It arrived quickly, and they look nice, but the prescription of the lenses are off. I can't read with them on. I wrote to support. No answer. No place on the web page for returns or adjustments. I requested support on Facebook, no answer.

🛑WARNING!!!👀🚫 I purchased the 3 for $119 deal on November 30, 2025. HORRIBLE IDEA! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE LENSES! The lenses were IMPOSSIBLE to see out of - like twisting my vision! It hurt! Muukal would NOT honor their own guarantee. They have ghosted me. I've tried to communicate with them and resolve this but they will not. I have all the emails and texts to prove it. I'm disputing this purchase and I am warning EVERYONE...STAY AWAY FROM MUUKAL and WARN YOUR FRIENDS! Please repost this warning on social media so they won't cause any more fraud, false advertising, failure to produce a usable product, lies, refusal to honor their guarantee, and scams! Zenni and Glassesshop have been reliable for me. But these loons are THE WORST! I so wish I would have checked the Better Business Bureau! SO MANY COMPLAINTS!
