The glasses are a bit loose I do love the frame colors. My one lens seems crooked, cant use my progressive right

Overall I feel my experience with MuukalOptical as going smoothly and I received my glasses in good order. The only problem that I see is that the prices are in American and me being Canadian the cost is not known until checkout. It would be nice if this could be rectified.

I've checked yet again, the prescription was correct, but these progressive lenses are unusable. The reading zone is so small and low I have to hold items to my chest and tilt my chin while straining eyeball direction down. Instant headaches. Completely useless. Terrible service. Terrible glasses.

Horrible experience. They want me to pay $50.00 plus shipping to return glasses because the prescription is wrong. I will never deal with this company again. Stay Away!

The prescription is not correct in the glasses. Would love a refund but the customer care is not the best from your company. This company has the worst customer care i have ever experienced. Such a mistake ordering with them

I received three prescription eyeglasses, which fit fairly well, but the vision was very blurry. I worked with the customer service department for two weeks adhering to their every request. After receiving final word on the correct PD number, customer service still refused to remake the glasses or make it right.

My order 22601611935 The black frame is so defective. This can not be bent to straighten out. Im so disappointed. Id like this pair to be replaced. The hinges on my right side doesn't even fit flat.
