Absolutely love my 3 pairs! I have an incredibly strong prescription and the lens i received are thin! I love it!

Glasses were made wrong. Reached out to them and they went back and forth with me basically calling me a liar and then insulted me and told me that if I'm basically too stupid to read my prescription then they can't help me. In response to the fact that I would leave a bad review they said say what you want, you're a waste of our time. Then they blocked me on Facebook. Told them that if they wouldn't remake the glasses then they should at least honor their return policy. They said fine, you can return them. But you have to pay for them to go to China and there's a 45% tariff and a 40% shipping fee so once we get your package back we'll give you back your 5%. What's crazy is that on their return policy, it clearly states that you return the glasses to Plano Texas, which is also the return address on the package when you get it. Every single thing about this company is a scam. If you managed to get your glasses correct, then good for you and good for your service but if you did not then do not even consider getting good customer service or the reality of their stated return policy. Avoid at all costs. ***Horrific customer service is proven by their response. I wasn't arguing. I asked for my glasses to be remade and then I asked for a refund. I know that my eye doctor, Zenni and Firmoo made these glasses PERFECTLY and Muukal did not. So, who is the problem? Not me. Not my eye doctor. Not my prescription. It's this scam company.

Nice glasses, nice selection of frames. Progressive lenses are great!

This was my second order of 3 progressive glasses. I have a collection of of prescription eyewear, currently at 13 for this script. That being said these are the ONLY progressives I can wear all day during every daily task. The transition and sight line far exceed other brands. The style and quality for the money is unmatched.

Great choice of frames, and the special deals are excellent! I purchased 4 pairs and paid for 2! One of the lenses is off in one pair (think it's the axis), so.will contact Muukal about this. Hoping for a favourable outcome!

I love my glasses., but one pair was broken, so I had to buy new frames.
