I have had a great experience with all my orders from Muukal! I LOVE my new glasses!

I do like the glasses but they don't fit perfectly and I'm not happy about the return/refund policy.

LOVE THE QUALITY OF GLASSES AND PRICE !!!

Compré la oferta de 3 pares por 119.00 Excelentes me encantaron tantos que hice otra orden, estoy en la espera de mis nuevos 3 pares 😍 Gracias por tener tan buenas ofertas .

Although I normally have no issues with my orders, there seems to be a problem with two recent pairs of glasses. Order #12602041394 – Blaze in Yellow Order #12602041147 – Bonnie I took both pairs to an optical store to have them checked, and they confirmed that the pupillary distance (PD) is incorrect on both pairs, particularly in the left lens. I would like to have both pairs replaced with the corrected PD. Could you please let me know the next steps and how soon I can expect the replacements? Thank you for your help.

This company is great! I am going on my 12th pair of glasses. They fit perfect they are lightweight and stylish. They are quick to reply to emails and are very accommodating.
