MuukalOpticalReviews of muukal.com

Easy to order, received exactly as promised.

I have not checked the first two pairs as they go back error to be rectified. And when fixed will have to give a new review. This optical company is reasonable, good communications, customer's orientated and responsible. I am happy with their rectification on the issue with my glasses. What can I say except nothing to complain about. Thanks Muukal

Its easy to use the site. Th we glasses are amazing! It's affordable and they come quickly.

I only ever had one pair of glasses at a time when I bought from high street opticians , but now I have found Muukal optical on facebook I have six pairs! You know how some people have an obsession with collecting shoes……well…I think I have found my new obsession! Thank you Muukal optical great product and service.

The prices and coupons were great 👍🏽 ⁷however both pairs were not suitable to wear. One was a horrible RX could not wear. The second pair was so bent and distorted that mu question is quality control. Will need complete returns and need refunded.

The prices are unbeatable and your customer service has improved by Leaps and bounds. I've ordered 9 pairs of glasses here and y have had two pairs remade with no problems at all. Sometimes it takes awhile to get used to the lenses but after you do, things are pretty much perfect.

Easy to choose my options for my glasses. My glasses arrived sooner than expected! Thank you.

Great choices of frames and lenses, delivery was awesome, prescription was right on. Only issue is one frame not fitting properly, I used to work in an optical lab so I will keep trying to adjust them. Will definitely purchase glasses again when some new styles come in, thanks for great service
