Clear vision!! Great style and color.

Great set of progressive lens glasses and still very inexpensive! I am happy with the wider area where my vision is still "focused," as opposed to other brands, where my eye glasses have to sit in an exact spot for things to be readable.

The service and promptness was wonderful, along with the communication!

Easy finding the frame I wanted, entering the RX was super easy. Delivery was a breeze. I am so happy with my new glasses. Planning on ordering more!

Be careful! I ordered three pairs of progressive lenses and they sent all of them with a single vision prescription. Not to mention, the prescription was shown accurately on my profile which should’ve been referenced. One pair was for driving which I didn’t order because they can’t be used for progressive lenses. A couple of the glasses were extremely large due to what seems to be a sizing issue on the website try-on system…much bigger in person. When I addressed the issue with customer service, I was treated rudely and was told that it was my fault in this case. We went back and forth a few times but nothing was resolved. Unfortunately, I should have gone on the Better Business Bureau’s website before ordering. Muukal is given a poor rating due to others having the same issues as I have. The company didn’t follow through and remedy the problems so people lost money and couldn’t use the glasses! DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

LATEST: Today I began receiving threats of physical harm from their customer service text number. They texted to offer a refund in exchange for removing my review. When I stated I didn’t need a refund in exchange for extortion, the company sent the following threats, referring to my honest review as ‘harassment’: -“ I hope your personality won't cause you big trouble.” - “Obviously, there is a problem If you continue to harass our company, we will make the whole world know you We have your photo, we hope it won't be a problem” UPDATE TO ADDRESS THEIR REPLY: Thank you for validating everything I’ve said about your company’s customer service practice in your reply here. Here you are, calling your customers liars after fraudulently representing your customer protection policy that EVERY other eyeglass company honors. Your company refuses to acknowledge your own policy regarding defective products in your emails…I have asked in multiple emails that you please tell me what your policy is regarding defective products, and your customer service REFUSES to provide that answer in writing, they either re-offer a small percent refund or you simply stop responding when asked. This is a MAJOR red flag and quickly indicates a fraudulent company. You have offered none of the options from your “manufacturers error” policy for my completely unusable eyeglasses, you never offered a remake prior to this review. You accept HSA payments because eyeglasses are MEDICAL DEVICES that people need to see. You were provided a letter by an optician in my emails stating that the lenses are gravely defective and should NOT BE USED for vision correction, yet here you reply that “nothing is wrong”, or you were never made aware of an issue. If you are offering to remake my glasses now, why did you never offer this before this review? You have proven your dishonesty and how you conduct your customer service response to complaints about defective products in your very reply here. Original review: I cannot stress enough to NOT buy from this website as they do not honor their policies regarding manufacturers defects. I have reached out multiple times regarding 2 pairs of glasses that have major lens defects, and each time get the same order of replies: First they offer a tiny percentage of a refund and tell you to keep the glasses. When I explain that the glasses are useless and keeping them is not a concession, they respond that I can ship them back and pay the full shipping cost plus customs duties. This is contrary to their stated policy that the customer does not incur shipping fees for a return. I even included a letter from my optician stating precisely the errors in the lenses and that they SHOULD NOT BE WORN AS CORRECTIVE LENSES, to which they reply “your glasses do not have defects, you can test them”. They state on their website that manufacturer errors are either offered a remake or a 100% refund (not a partial refund or incurred shipping expenses as they will formulaically reply via email). When you insist they please honor their policy, they simply stop responding. They offer great prices and beautiful frames, but even after paying for the most expensive lenses and receiving useless glasses, they have been nothing but a scam, trying every way possible to not honor their stated policies. This is false advertising and fraudulent customer protection. There are plenty of identical eyewear companies online that offer the same customer protection and HONOR them. This company is NOT a reputable place and I highly recommend avoiding the literal headache. Order 12603328850
