This is my first time ordering from this company. The ordering process was fairly easy once decided on frames. However two of three pairs hang crooked on the nose thus showing one side higher than the other. The Ashby and Luisa on my order are the two affected. I realize this was a deal for 3 but still should have been quality verified. Quality is lacking

Update: After leaving a negative review we received a text from their (256) 668-8891 customer service chat number to my daughter’s phone number. They offered her a refund if she deleted her review, and she said she’d only delete it if they actually honored their displayed policy. They then replied with the following threat (I wish we could upload photos here to show the crazy things they said): - “I hope your personality won't cause you big trouble. Obviously, there is a problem” - “If you continue to harass our company, we will make the whole world know you We have your photo, we hope it won't be a problem” This is frightening behavior for simply leaving an honest review of her experience. Original review: Avoid this fake eyewear company at all costs. Their lenses are awful and unusable, and they refuse to honor their money back guarantee on defective products (just read all the 1 star reviews here). I bought my daughter 2 pair of single focus glasses, and it was obvious just seeing them on her face the lenses were jokingly unusable. When you contact them to return your glasses, they offer to refund you a fraction of your cost, or tell you you must pay international shipping to return them (contrary to their states policies on their website). When you insist your glasses are damaged and unusable, they simply stop replying. They are a scam. They lie to get out of refunding damaged/faulty items, and they threaten you with exorbitant shipping costs, when every other company on the planet sends you a prepaid shipping label. Then when you have no recourse and leave a bad review, they extort and bribe you to remove your review. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT AND A SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

The frames look exactly like the picture. The lenses are great and I can see clearly again.

Love love the glasses. They fit right and are what I expected, except perhaps the tortoise shell frame may look more tortoise shell than plain brown; but the fit is perfect. They all look great and I would like to look for other frames, possibly black & white.

3 pairs with all the upgrades for $164 is amazing. would have liked a better pic for trying on glasses but they all came and very nice light weight took 2 weeks I still have 3 more coing for myself these were for my husband so im looking at 3 weeks for mine to arrive. all in all great let's see how long they last

The glasses are rather flimsy but for the price I guess I should have expected that. The sun glasses are thicker framed and not bad. For someone with out insurance the 3 for 119 well 159 with added fee is not a horrible price
