The prescription was perfect. The frames are nice. Easy ordering them. But I wish I could get them faster. I know they take time to be made and shipping, I'm just impatient.

Glasses arrived quickly and are of great quality as far as I can tell. Saved hundreds by not buying at the optician's office for the same quality.

The Muukal Optical website is easy to use and the glasses I bought are exactly as described. They got my prescription perfect! They provided shipping tracking and I got my glasses quite quickly. The only thing I was concerned about was the packaging. It wasn't great, no box just wrapping plastic around the the three glasses boxes. I will recommend Muukal to my family and friends. I will buy from again. The pricing is very good for the quality of the frames I received. Thanks again for a painless purchase.

I got my glasses in 10 business days and they were all as expected. So far have had no problems with frames or lenses.

The only thing good was how fast they came to me and actually the quality of the frames. I was expecting it to take longer and for the frames to be cheapy. After that, everything was TERRIBLE. The prescriptions weren't correct. When I emailed them, they had me show them the actual prescription to make sure it was typed in correctly. After seeing it was correct on my side, they had me send in photos of me with the glasses I have been using compared to the three they sent me to make sure they were correct that way. They were correct in all ways on my side. After that, they didn't know what to do. I asked for a refund because they wouldn't "fix" them. They only offered half of the amount and I would still have to pay for shipping and all taxes to go with it. I'm sure they would have been fine if the prescriptions were correct. In fact, my sister did the same thing and hers were fine. But this is ridiculous. If you order from them, you'd better hope they are correct or you will get screwed as well.

I received the glasses much more quickly than I had expected, and found the quality of the glasses and lenses to be comparable to more costly options I've purchased from other online companies in the past. I already put in a second order for my daughter, and also recommended the site to my son!
