I had such a great experience from start to finish. I was able to get 3 pairs of glasses for less than the cost of one pair. I have a rather weird vision prescription due to having amblyopia in one eye and hyperopia in the other. The team reached out less than 24 hours later to verify my prescription for errors. I found this to be such great service which helps customers avoid wasting money on lenses due to errors. Even with special progressive lenses, my order arrived promptly with standard shipping.

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses. #22603178077 I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the frames. But I could not see out of them properly. I have worn progressives for years so it is not a matter of getting used to them. All three pair were not correct. I immediately tried contacting them several different ways. I wrote directly and responded to an e mail. Finally, I was able to get a response by facebook messenger. POOR communication. Then once I reached them, they did not honor the money back guarantee. They asked for photos of me wearing the glasses and we confirmed my prescription was entered correctly. They wanted me to pay to return them to China at a cost of about $50 Ultimately, they did give me a credit of $70.00 against an order of 144. Awful experience. This was March 24, 2026 time frame. I had tried to write before but did not include my order number.
