Glasses came in a timely manner and were exactly as ordered. Packaged very well to prevent damage to a quality product. Will have ordered from Muukal in the future when the need for a new prescription presents itself.

I loved them the first time I ordered… now I got the wrong order 2 weeks ago and nobody will answer help. I will probably need to have my bank reverse the charges if I can’t get somebody today. The customer service is non existent or doesn’t care Shame on them

There is a great selection of frames and lenses. I love that you can try them on rather than just guess what they may look like on. My order was processed very fast and I received my glasses in a very short time. I always get complements on my glasses and quickly respond that I ordered them from Muukal Optical and the price was amazing.

The tint is very light and not at all what I expected.

I’m very happy with my glasses purchased through you , all were a awesome fit , only thing was with my clip on sunglasses , I find the clips hard to get to stay on / as well as one arm is way out from my face , I’m working to get it adjusted. So next time I order , I will order the non- clip sunglassses. I’m very happy with my purchase and I will definitely be shopping with you again.
