Excellent lenses and my Rx was dead on. Delivery took a bit long. Wish there were more sunglasses choices. Overall, an outstanding value.

I have order # 12610174069. I have worn each pair of glasses for several ocasions and found problems with each. The first issue I fount is that with each set of lenses the middle distance is blurry. I use this distance for reading my computer. The Erika 3312A frame has several problems. When cleaning the lenses I fround that the lense does not fit into the frame properly, it is loose. A second issue I found is that the ends of the temple arms are not properly attached and slide off exposing the metal portions of the arms. With the Elmira 60012 frame I found that the bridge piece intrudes into my vision. I can ignore it, but it is there. I am willing return these glasses and let you recut the lenses. I would need a return address to send them. Would I also need a return autherization? If you feel a different frame(s) is/are needed we can talk about your recommendations.

Very pleased with my pair of progressive glasses, lenses are perfect, only 2 discrepancies only one pair had advanced coating (which was extra) the pink photochromic choice is not as obvious as the grey to the point I’m not sure it’s there as the lens appear same colour as inside? Look for the price they are good value, only took two weeks to arrive to Australia, all in all a good experience.

Placing order - very easy to navigate Muukal Website. Payment was straight-forward, and no hassles at all. Communication - Muukal kept me informed via email notifications so I knew where my order was and when it will be delivered. Shipping - Pretty fast, comparable to ordering at my local optometrist,which takes 2 weeks. Happy with the shipping time. Actual Product - This is why I have not given Muukal 5 stars. The positive thing first: The lenses are great, they are multifocals, with transitions and the moment I put them on, straight away I can see better and clearly, no waiting a few days to get used to it. Not so positive: The frames are flimsy and I can already tell they wont last long. The “arms” of all my glasses (I bought 3) are somewhat wonky, not straight and Im scared to adjust them because they will break even with the tiniest bit of force. For brand new frames the screws seems loose so the arms just dangle by themselves. Again, scared to adjust this at this time because they will break. All in all, I think Muukal is legit, their lenses are better than my local optometrist, I hope they invest in quality frames even if they increase their prices a bit.
