Timely and all if the prescriptions are correct

This is the worst company I've had to deal with. I ordered 3 pairs of glasses with the correct prescription. Everything is blurry out of all 3. It actually feels like pressure and strain when I put on. I actually own 2 pair of the same style frames now, ordered from other companies. So, I emailed and texted company. Finally received response, and they wanted images of prescription. I sent it. Then they wanted picture of me in glasses. What? At first I said no, because it didn't make any sense to me. Then, they said glasses were to big for me. So I sent images. Still waiting on response. This is so frustrating 😤. Do not order from this company. Update: *First text message sent 3 days ago, no response. *Email sent 3 days ago, no response. *2nd text message to another number. Quick response, sent what they requested. No response. Wish I could post images of the conversation. *After I posted this review, they responded. I sent order information they requested, and as usual no response.

Received with 1 lens not to prescription specification, took quite a few conversations with sales representative but finally got a new pair that were perfect. Rep. was always nice. Very nice quality for price. Will by again for 3 persons in household.

When I opened the undamaged parcel the lens on the semi rimless glasses was not intact and I had to fix it myself

I purchased glasses received on May 29th when they arrived the glasses were too strong so I contacted customer service and they would not honor the money back guarantee shown on website told me I had to ship them to China and pay shipping and customs yet they were shipped to me from USA
