This is my 3rd order with MuukalOptical, They have great styles. The order arrives in a timely manner. My only complaint is I can not use my HSA to pay for my orders.

Horrible customer service. Will not be ordering from them again as they do not stand by there 100% money back guarantee OR each back out to you. I had emailed them and texted them and didn’t get a response until I opened a claim with PayPal and put a review on here. Someone contact me by email asking for photos of me wearing the glasses, which I replied to twice and they never reached back out. This was over a week ago. And then they responded to my PayPal claim asking me to ship the glasses back TO CHINA and I have to pay for shipping to get a refund. Me shipping the items back overseas will cost me more than what I paid for the glasses. At this point I would take a store credit so I could over a new pair but it doesn’t look like that would ever happen. And they also have the audacity to respond to my previous trust pilot review saying I didn’t contact them until that day. I have proof of texting them and I even sent a message through the contact box on the website. Lost my business. Edit* I’ve already ordered from a different company.

1 pair of glasses was great, the other pair is loose in the ear pieces and I can’t tighten them

I’m so happy with my new glasses, they look amazing. The price was outstanding and I will be buying more. I ordered the progressive lenses and the prescription is perfect. Something else that is outstanding my husband loves how they look on me.

Glasses came in a week and everything is right. Transitions, progressives and everything.
