Refuse to correct a prescription. Unprofessional responses, if any. They do not collect the proper information to create the prescription, like segment height, which is very basic and needed for every pair of glasses. Therefore your prescription most likely will not be proper and they refuse to do anything about it. They are the worst. Update- This is not a fake review. I only leave reviews to warn others on an awful service or product. You've had multiple reviews with people having the same feelings on your service. Order number 22511033381. I tried for well over a month to get resolution and instead just got obstinence.

This is my second order of glasses from Muukal and I love them! The frame selection is fantastic and you can definitely find something that matches your vibe. The orders were received VERY quickly and exceeded my expectations.

I really love the frames both that I ordered unfortunately I cannot really use them. I ordered premium progressives and I can see ok distance but the reading part is not usable. I could have saved money by just ordering single vision.

Very happy to recommend this company. I myself have some lovely glasses from here, good quality, no problems at all. Recently have ordered for my husband who has a +8.25 Rx so went with the thinnest index they have, they're so good! Ordered with the Jordy frames and they're perfect, so thin you really can't tell how strong they are! Very impressed. Their lab even emailed before to be sure of the details. Very happy customers here. And for such a great price too!

You make it so easy, and your products are great, I have progressive lenses, and the prescriptions are just like other glasses that I paid ten times the cost for one pair! Thank you for doing business that favors your customers!!!!!

The frames look cheap. Smears on the lenses don't come off easily.
