I received my glasses and they look great. The quality is good I'm just sorry I didn't get the lenses that changed in the sunlight. I will be ordering again.

Read their warranty and refund policy. You will Never get a replacement or refund when something goes wrong. This is what happened to me. This is a Chinese run business and they will treat you like your nothing. edit 10/15 Company has agreed to refund me the money they dupped me into paying for another set rather than what I thought were discount for two sets as were my original order. So they refused to refund/replace my sets but had me pay for another pair making me think it was for two. It's been six days since they stated they will refund me and I heard nothing. Repeated emails went silent. THIS IS NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH when you have problems with your order.

Very good quality prescription glasses made very quickly, and didn't break the bank.

I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing progressive lenses from Muukal Optical. My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating, disappointing, and a complete waste of time and money. I spent a over $80 on prescription glasses with progressive lenses that were not made correctly. What should have been a simple purchase turned into almost TWO MONTHS of back-and-forth communication trying to get the issue resolved. When I requested that the lenses be remade correctly, Muukal Optical told me I would have to choose a different frame. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I already own the EXACT SAME FRAME from another optical company, with progressive lenses, and I can see perfectly fine through those glasses. Clearly, the frame itself is not the issue. Rather than simply correcting the problem, Muukal initially offered me a $25 credit on a purchase that cost over $80. That was completely unacceptable to me considering I had paid for prescription glasses that I couldn't use properly. After nearly two months of dealing with this situation, I was so frustrated that I offered what I felt was a very reasonable compromise. I requested a refund of ONLY the $58.69 I paid for the progressive lenses and agreed to take the financial loss on the frames. I wasn't even asking for a full refund, despite not receiving a properly functioning pair of glasses. Even then, Muukal Optical would only agree to refund $50. At that point, I reluctantly accepted their offer, not because I felt it was fair or because the issue had been satisfactorily resolved, but because I was completely exhausted from dealing with this company and did not want to waste any more of my time. So, after almost two months of frustration, I ended up losing money on glasses I couldn't properly use, simply because I wanted the ordeal to be over. What bothers me most is the lack of accountability. When a customer purchases prescription progressive lenses, they should be able to expect accurate lenses or a reasonable resolution when something goes wrong. Customers should not have to spend weeks repeatedly advocating for themselves just to receive a partial refund. I gave Muukal Optical multiple opportunities to make this right. Instead, I was left feeling that getting me to accept less money was more important than actually correcting the problem. My advice is to think very carefully before ordering progressive lenses from Muukal Optical. Any potential savings are meaningless if the glasses aren't made correctly and you end up spending nearly two months fighting for a resolution, only to lose money in the end. I will never purchase from Muukal Optical again, and I certainly cannot recommend them to anyone who depends on accurate progressive lenses. UPDATE — October 10, 2026: Offered $20 to Delete My Review After nearly two months of fighting to get a resolution for incorrectly made progressive lenses, Muukal Optical has now contacted me with this exact message: "Hello, we can offer you a refund of another 20 US dollars. Please delete your review, okay?" They previously refused to refund the full $58.69 I paid for the progressive lenses, agreeing to only $50. Yet now they're offering an additional $20 while asking me to delete my negative review. They wouldn't refund the additional $8 I requested to settle the original issue, but they're willing to offer $20 (which still isn't the full amount) after I shared my experience publicly. I find this extremely concerning. Customers deserve to know how a company handles problems, including what happens after an honest negative review is posted. I will not delete my review in exchange for money. My experience is factual, and other potential customers deserve to know about it.

I’m enjoying wearing my new glasses.

The frames are really cute, exactly as anticipated. Each pair of glasses come with a wipe and case, which is a nice little bonus. I was able to get three pair of glasses for under $200 with a promotion that was going on. One pair of glasses the lenses weren't quite right but the other two were fine. I'm a little disappointed, but for the price I'm okay with it.

3 pairs for $119! Such a deal- however, only one pair is the correct prescription! Customer service stands by their claim that they are the correct prescription; But the blurry vision and dizziness tell no lies. Not sure how they proceed from here- stay tuned! 2 of the 3 frames are very good, the 3rd, flimsy. So far, 1 pair of glasses for $119! Not terrible but not what I expected Looks like they don't like bad press and they've asked me for the order number here, they could just respond to the emails I have sent them!
