Price was good, glasses were nice. In our phases two glasses. After two months the arm broke off one pair the next month the frame broke on the side. I ordered another two pairs and hope the same thing doesn’t happen.

I was very skeptical but decided to give Muukal a try. I could not be happier with my order. Glasses are perfect. Price was insanely cheap. Well see how they hold up over time.

I really like these glasses. Using the virtual try on was very helpful. I want to include a side-by-side of the AI generated photo and what I actually look like in the glasses. The directions were easy to follow. I uploaded my prescription, and 10 days later, I received my glasses. They are very lightweight, and some people may not like that; some may think the glasses are not durable. But I personally love how light they feel. The prescription is accurate and the lenses are clear. I used an online coupon and got a great deal. I got another pair of the same style but in a different color. I will definitely use this company again.

UPDATE: I sent pictures of the glasses and matching sunglass toppers that arrived to me with a visible scratch on both of them via text to the company. They acknowledged the mistake and said they would replace... ONLY IF I took down this review. They actually said that. I said that I would be happy to update the review as to how convenient the photo texting and text CS is and how quickly and easily my issue was resolved, once the issue is resolved and settled. They replied "Don't make this difficult." I replied that "people are going through too much BS right now to have to play games with a company for a valid refund. No company will have 100% A+ reviews. Honest reviews that get handled in an efficient and timely manner show the company is responsible for the percentage of mishaps that happen at no fault, but rather the law of percentages." I continued to tell them that I wouldnt be using their company anymore and since they were so hard up they can keep the glasses, I'm not fighting and adding stress my life because they have big ego little man problems. BTW that was only my second ever time using Muukal so, one half was adequate the glasses were what I paid. Actually now that I'm thinking about it I bought metal frames with stars on chain hanging from the ear pieces by the frame, they broke at the nose bridge where it meets the lense in less than 2 months. I didn't bother about a replacement pair or refund because I liked the other pair I ordered so it was what it was. That's why I wasn't ordering metal frames from them again. I gave Muukal another try because maybe I was rough on those wire framed ones, I wasn't. Then this last purchase was the relationship ending gripe about my honest review. Yikes Muukal. Yeah, no. If you want glasses for a moment to look cute in or big acrylic ones, sure but... anything that's skilled looking or dainty, I wouldn't recommend. Also CS is snotty, rude, and near abusive in tone if you are vocal about a mistake they made. Its gross behavior. Original Post: I ordered two pairs of glasses. The ones for my main summer pair of rimless frames with clip on sunglasses, both the glasses and the clip ons had powder streak on the same spot and underneath that powder is a noticeable sized round scratch spot. I'm sending a picture and request for replacement asap.
