I like the frames but I am trying to focus while typing this review. I will give it some time for my eyes to adjust and then maybe I can comment on the lenses.

Prescription was correct, and the glasses arrived quickly

I love these glasses! I wear progressives, which can be tricky, but these are crisp and clear at all distances. The frames are light weight but very sturdy and well-made...and cute! I still can't believe the value. I could order 6 pair and still not spend what my doctor charged for 1. Recommend without reservation.

I had the worst experience of my life with this company. Someone named Taylor, answered my issue with my Rx so disrespectful that I can’t believe it. The thing is that I just ordered another pair that is on the way, but never again. Be careful with your order and if you have a problem I hope Taylor doesn’t answer your request. My RX clearly says 66/63 so It’s feom the range of 63 to 66. For many years I have use 64 in all of my glasses with no problems. Stop making excuses. I don’t care about the glasses anymore. You’re the one who started says “be honest rather than clever”, not me. I was very respectful since the beginning, until this morning when I received your response. And I don’t want to know from you ever again. Keep you change I have plenty.

to anyone in the market for sunglasses or readers, Muukal was so approachable and so patient with me. i love the glasses. the frames are gorgeous. i was always afraid of ordering prescription glasses online but it was a good experience. I'll do it again when the time comes. thank you!!

I am so happy ith my purchase from Muukal. I never get tired of people telling me how much they like my glasses. And, you can't beat the price.

Customer Service is TERRIBLE! Ordered 3 pair of glasses and am having a problem with all 3 pair - the arms on each of the frames is too short. Have been back & forth with Hygge from Service for almost a week and my satisfaction has still not been met. In all fairness though, he did offer a solution to one pair. Said one pair would be replaced for free and nothing about the third pair. BUT has not replied with any kind of instructions on or how to return pair that are being replaced nor has he given me any kind of discount coupon to replace the third pair at my expense. Will never deal with this online company again. Will never suggest it to anyone else either!

Prices were good. Quality was also good. Arrived in good time.
