Great styles of glasses and the very best in prices

Deceptive advertising. Purchased two pairs of progressive. The lens are very blurry with very small field of vision. Made me sick. Can't wear. Frames are not as advertised. Very cheap like dollar store item. One frame cracked and repaired by Muukal. Very obvious. Apparently not quality checked or didn't care. Sent pictures as well as email to ask for refund. Not getting back to me at all. Consider it a write off loss of money and not usable product.

Was easy to order. Delivered in 2 weeks. The frames seem to be good quality and the prescription feels correct. The price was very good. And I like them!

Excellent attention and quality

I order six pairs of glasses. All came and were fabulous! The quailty was prefect. The Prices was fabulous! I love all my glasses!

I ordered two pairs of glasses — one pair of reading glasses and one pair of single‑vision with simple lenses, no coatings, no thinning — for around $60. That is $60 for two pairs of simple glasses with simple lenses. This was fully within Muukal’s own pricing structure. I did not order the cheapest glasses they sell. Their entire business model is based on low‑cost eyewear, and their most expensive frame is $49.95. They even advertise three pairs of varifocals with coatings and thinner lenses for $119 total, so the idea that my order was “too cheap” simply doesn’t make sense. My order was cancelled twice without any notification. I only discovered both cancellations by checking the tracker myself. No email, no explanation, no communication at all. I contacted them to ask why this had happened and received no reply. However, they did find the time to respond publicly on Trustpilot, describing my prescription as “super complex” and implying I was choosing “the cheapest glasses,” as though that justified cancelling my order twice without informing me. For clarity, one of my eyes has had a cataract lens replacement and now barely has a prescription. The other eye is within normal parameters. There is nothing unusual or unworkable about this. And even if there were, basic customer service would involve telling the customer, not silently closing the order. Being labelled “cheap” for ordering from their own website, at their own prices, is unprofessional. If Muukal are unable to provide glasses at the prices they advertise, then perhaps they need to look at their own company structure rather than criticising customers. These glasses and lenses cost only a few dollars per pair to manufacture in China, so the claim that my order was somehow unviable is difficult to take seriously. What actually happened is that they wasted hours of my time choosing frames — time I won’t get back — only to cancel everything without a word. Given the tone of their reply and the volume of similar feedback they receive, they may have done me a favour. At least I now won’t be waiting a month for glasses that, based on many reviews, might have arrived with the wrong prescription or fallen apart after a few wears. A very disappointing experience from start to finish.
