I ordered a pair of glasses and was charged immediately. After a few days I got an email that said the tracking number was ready. I checked the tracking number and it wasn't attached to anything. I reached out and asked about my order and recieved no reply. The next day I checked again and it said order closed. I've gotten no response. Basically they took my money and cancelled my order and wont respond to refund requests. DO NOT waste your time or money. They are clearly scammers. Order #12606379650. I just want a refund.

I have ordered from Muukal Optical 4 times in the past 4 years and each order was perfect. Great quality Glasses, exact prescriptions, quality frames that were always as advertised. The prices are phenomenal. Orders come in a very timely manner. Highly recommend them.

Edited review: After the company argued with me about my glasses working Isaid maybe I can adjust to them. Well they made me sick. I had already argued with them through a series of emails. I decided, no I will not be ripped off. I contacted them again. They are still giving me trouble. Shipping and customs to China is $51 or $180. My glasses we $79. Their website says they guarantee and if defective or incorrect they pay shipping not me. Also the address for returns on their website is a US address, which a lie. I hope this Clears this up for you Muukal. You can also review all the emails I have been sending you for further clarification. Where I explained that no I could not adjust and decided I wouldn't be bullied anymore. All over online people said they just gave up and took the loss. I will not go down that easy. I will spread the warning everywhere. I wish there was an option for one star. First of all the company on its website appears to be located in America. It is in Hong Kong. The prices are great. The only problem is the prescriptions are inaccurate. To the point that the glasses are unusable. Contacting the company is a joke. They ask for pictures of you wearing the glasses and tell you that they are correct. What a joke. I cannot see through them and they made me physically ill just trying them on. They then offer a 25% reund and if you tell them you want a full refund they give you an international address and tell you that you have to pay shipping and customs fees which ends up costing about the same as the original purchase. BUYER BEWARE! DON NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, THEY ARE CONARTIST.

I love the glasses. The price was great, I got them fast and most important is I can see great!! Love them.
