I never received my glasses and they would not respond to my email. I placed my order on 6/6/26 and my order number is 22606146049. I sent an email last week with a screenshot of my order confirmation and still have not received a reply. (And, yes, I have been checking my spam folder, too!)

Before doing business with Muukal Optical, I had ordered my 4 previous pairs of prescription bifocals from another well-known online company, as their prices were lower than ordering glasses from the optometrist who does my annual eye exam. However, this year I decided to shop around and check out other online optical services, and I'm so glad that I did! Muukal has an incredible selection of unique and stylish frames, and their prices were significantly lower than the other companies. Add to that the BOGO (2 for the price of 1) discount, and the deal was amazing! TWO pairs of well-made glasses (2 different frame selections) in attractive and comfortable frames with scratch-resistant progressive lenses, for $149 (which my insurance covers)! Included were two sturdy cases with cleaning cloths, a compact metal screwdriver repair kit, and a pupillary distance ruler. And the prescription for both my near and distance vision is perfect! Thank you, Muukal!

Avoid at all cost. Customer service keeps insisting they made the glasses correctly even after providing photos from a lensometer readings from an optometrist office showing they are incorrect. They will make you jump through hoops and not correct their mistakes. The website states Manufacturing error: After verification, we will remake the glasses for you at no charge, or provide 100% refund to the original payment method, or 100% discount coupon Garbage scam company that doesn't stand by their product or policies Update: they said they would only uphold their policies and fix the glasses if I delete my review. They continue to be incredibly shady. Additional update: they are refusing to help or uphold their policies until I delete my review which is in violation of the Consumer Review Fairness Act.

Great glasses at an amazing price. Very quick delivery.

Great fits and looks good on. Just as I need.

The 3 pairs of glasses I ordered were very poor quality and unusuable. My dollar store reading glasses are better quality. I am disappointed I was so hopeful. I am returning them.

The lenses were perfect. Great price

I love love love Muukal!! I have ordered several times from them and have never been disappointed! I’ve told so many people about them and they all are ordering too! They are definitely my go to place for glasses!!
