They provided me with a fake tracking number to a fake shipping company. I have repeatedly asked for a legit tracking number and they have given me nonsense "status" reports that just show it moving from train station to train station in CHINA. When I questioned that, they cut off communication. No glasses. I bought from them because they said they were based in Texas. This is a Chinese company - I don't have to say more, do I?

Not happy with this company and will never order from them again. I've ordered my glasses online for years now and never had a problem till now. Of the three pairs that I ordered 2 are just fine while the third is "off". First they tell me I measured my PD wrong, although the 2 pairs are fine, then they tell me they are too large for me (other 2 pairs are the same width). I expect the next excuse will be that the frame colour is wrong for me! I believe that either the axis or PD on one of the lens's was cut wrong, certainly a quality issue. Was asked for order number in the reply to this review. This review was only given after multiple excuses from the supplier. I will be taking this pair of glasses into my local optometrist to have the lens checked for correct axis etc.

After searching multiple websites for a budget-friendly option, I came across Muukal Optical. I have never purchased glasses online before, and I’m in the mix of people that are pretty skeptical when it comes to an important decision such as my eye health. But, I was in a tight spot financially recently and my options limited. I had never heard of this place, had never seen an “influencer” TikTok or Facebook reel about them…but one day as I was scrolling on my phone, an advertisement popped up. I looked…I did my homework and checked them out and it seemed legit. I went back and forth in my mind because I just was floored that the one pair of $300 glasses which I almost purchased elsewhere (had it saved in my shopping cart even) were similar enough to the glasses shown on this site. So I think- ok let’s do it. I risked it and made the purchase for my progressive prescription-which is what I always think it comes down to in cost…anyone who has a stronger prescription knows that is what it comes down to in the $$…I wanted the thinner higher index lens option to avoid those “coke-bottle” heavy lenses that don’t fit right…and the anti glare options because I’m older etc…I sit at a computer all day so blue light blocking was important as well. All these things add up. I ordered my glasses and took advantage of their special two for one deal…placed my order on the 4th and was able to track them until they arrived on the 15th. The glasses were packaged in plastic cases…no box other than that..surely I thought they would have been tossed around by mail carriers etc..my heart sank a little prior to ripping open the package because I wasn’t expecting them to be in tact when I opened them, but they were fine. I put the glasses on and my own size measurements were spot on as I tried to stay close to what I wore before..…I could see again clearly for the first time in 2 years. They came with a cleaning cloth and nose pad thingy…I am thrilled that these worked out so well. I did not experience any customer service issues so that remains to be seen, but I will be back to purchase again. Was so delighted to have found this site. Thank you.

Price was what attracted me. The glasses look good and the lenses are working for me as prescribed. The aviator frames allow the left lens to move ever so slightly in the frame which may sometimes cause a slight distortion. Overall, a good experience. I’m enjoying my glasses.

My glasses are perfect!! They all fit my face and the prescription works!! They came with hard cases, a huge plus!

Glasses at great price.

I do not like the progressive lenses. I cannot see well on close part for reading. It makes me feel dizzy and I have been wearing progressives for years. Never had this issue before.
