Two of the three frames I recieved do not look anything like the pictures on Muukal.com. When I contacted them the first customer service response was timely; however, the wording was abrudt and lacking customer service. Instead she could have asked for clarification. When I sent a response to clarify my email, I haven't recieved a response in 48 hours this time. I sent a second email tonight, but not sure I would order from Muukal again, mind you this is my second order with them. The first time was great. Update: the one pair of glasses that had the appropriate looking frames, the prescription is messed up. Definitely never order from this company.

I had accidentally attached the wrong prescription and they quickly noticed and reached out to confirm! And their mannerisms were amazing!

Quick and a premium frame make this $74 pair of glasses fantastic. However, the only thing I have an issue with it the progressive transition. The reader lens is a little low. I can adjust the glasses up for better vision. That considered, these are just as good as my $450 pair bought at the doctor's office. I highly recommend this option
