packaged good didn't take long to get my glasses over all good

I had got 2 pairs of glasses from them and one of the pairs the glass fell out so I emailed them to find out where I can get them repaired, I got an email saying that they would send a replacement. Wow very good. But then they used Evri and my package was delivered on the street not in a safe place hence someone picked it up and took it. So because the tracking said its delivered they will not replace the lost item even thou I had sent them an email from Evri saying that there driver was at fault. So I'm stuck with a broken pair of glasses. Ill not be getting anything from this company again.

CONS DID not get free gifts Shipping box was smashed (flimsy) PROS Shipping was FAST 10/10 Price 10/10 Selection 10/10 Ordering easy 10/10 Frame Quality 10/10 I will say ordering was easy shipping was fast the price for order was great, overall happy with my order. they could have a FIVE star rating if EVERYTHING the website stated you would receive with your glasses came with the order, it states with your glasses you get a case, Anti-fog Glasses Cloth, nose guard, Glasses Cloth and a Screwdriver, I did receive a glasses cloth with every pair as when they ship the glasses wrapped in it, now each pair came in a bag labeled with a PIC and the prescription on it which is great if you did like me and ordered for more than one person, they DID NOT come in a case, the box they shipped in was flimsy so you do run the risk of something breaking during shipment, I'm happy that did not happen to me. I ordered 12 pair of glasses I ONLY received one nose guard one screwdriver no cases and no Anti-fog Glasses Cloth for 12 pair they did not send all of the so called free gifts with my order which sucks because as I said I did not order just for myself I ordered for the entire family, so other than the flimsy box and not getting my gifts the glasses so far are good quality, i would order from them again I would just be mindful that a pair may be broken if they don't change the way they ship and they may not give you your free items other than that GET THE GLASSES!!!!

I LOVE these glasses! Exactly as I imagined them to be; the price was perfect and so much better than the eye glass place here at the doctor's office. Without insurance, I pay less for two than I did for one.

I really like how easy it was to pick out frames. There was a lot to choose from. Ordering was just as easy. Glasses came quickly. I was not in a hurry for them. I got 2 pair for a the under a hundred dollars.

So many frames to choose from. Easy to order. Got them fast, which really appreciate that. Good prices. And good quality.
