My order was fulfilled in a prompt manner with the exception of (1) item which needed to be expedited from the manufacturer. This (1) item was un-duly delayed in shipping, but Mutual Screw did everything within their power to get the item to me as fast as possible.

I had no idea that Mutual Screw & Supply was drop shipping my order, so when a box arrived with a different return address, addressed to someone I did not know at my address, I took the time to call the company on the return address. I got a fast speaking secretary, that had no idea what I was talking about, and who hung up on me while I was on hold. The second phone call got a knowledgable woman who figured things out for me quickly and assured me that the package was indead for me. Good product, decent shipping time, good price!

I just wanted to point out that I do understand the confusion/frustration regarding the drop-shipment, and this is something that we need to address in terms of keeping our customers informed. However at times we do this simply to get the merchandise to you in a more timely manner ... In this case we shipped the order from Cleveland (since the ship-to destination was Montana).Therefore the package arrived to you approximately 2 days earlier than would be the case had shipped from our New Jersey location.
