As a relatively new customer, I was/am very disappointed to see my pricing increase over 34% after just 4 orders. Was thrilled to establish a relationship with Mutual Screw, but not so much now.

The ordering process was fine, the company kept me up to date during the whole process, they provided contact info incase I had any problems. I am very satisfied with the product, but the problem I have is the shipping cost was half the amount of the purchase. I was charged for one pound of shipping weight when the product weighed .9 oz. Also I thought I was purchasing set screws made in the USA but the box said Taiwan. Can someone tell me if the screws are made in the USA?

I can see why they charged me over $16 for what would have been a $4.00 shipping fee. It was shipped in 4 different shipments from 3 different locations with delays, and very sparse tracking and backorder information.
