I’ve purchased 3 tractor implements and…
I’ve purchased 3 tractor implements and all arrived as expected. My only issue and thus a lower rating is the latest purchase appears to have a defective seal that leaks oil from day one and there is no support. I have to transport to my nearest Deere dealer (60miles) at my own expense as Mutton rep says “that’s the best I can do and out of my hands”. I’ll be out a fair amount of time and money for something that was clearly defective.

We looked into your order and your tracking number shows that your order was shipped out the same day you ordered (3/19/2018) and was delivered to the mailbox two days later (3/21/2018). Customer Service was excellent
Customer Service was excellent. Ordered bushing for my Imatch hitch but when it came there was only 1. After talking to customer service and pointing out their webpage said a set of 2, they mailed me the other bushing free.
