Good product, bad customer support.
The communication after purchase was awful. I had to call twice after not receiving word of shipping for over a week after ordering. The first call they had no idea what was going on. I had to cancel half of my order because of the lack of communication. Then, the shipment took longer than expected to arrive. Had to be rescheduled again due to lack of communication.

Ordered flywheel fan for my John Deere d105
Ordered a new flywheel fan for my John Deere d105 (old one disintegrated as I did first start up of the season). Price was best I could find once shipping was factored in. Arrived promptly with instructions. Box was a little damaged but contents was fine. Mower is running fine again.
