Music XRay is Horrible. They don’t bother doing Diagnostics anymore. Don’t pay for it. Their submissions sit for like a year. No acceptable refund process. No responses to emails. They are a SCAM and a disgrace.

This is my first successful submission and I just want to say how pleased I am with Music XRay, even when I don't get submitted.. We've had our songs "selected" numerous times but have never seen any progress after that. Our music has supposedly been featured on radio, streaming, podcasts, and compilation albums, but haven't received any other input and haven't received any royalties either. So I'm really not too sure what we're submitting to and paying for.

MusicXray does what it says it will do in a timely and efficient manner. The message communication is very reliable and the listings are clear and concise.

I've spent maybe 8 thousand in the past 5 years, had awesome reviews saying 90% chance of success on my records and nothing great ever came from Music Xray. I've also seen the same scamming "A&R" who is known to scam people using the site. Their approval system is very simple to get accepted and I'm sure all the complaints accusations of scamming have really slowed down this great concept of a company.
