Horrible 😤 very unprofessional. I’ve repeatedly asked for a report on my numbers with Spotify and YouTube and instead of sending them they kept saying how about you buy a bigger package and when asking for the report they would also keep saying they messed up. Today is 12/13/21 of this: We checked your Spotify profile and noticed that there were around 1k streams missing to your profile, so we boosted more ads to ensure this number is achieved, so that's fixed. The average of followers looks ok but should be affected by this boost too. Yes, we could focus on Youtube, what about aiming for an even higher campaign to get a really nice exposure? Let me know!" Let me know if you need anything else! Best regards, Fernando After he supposedly sent that as an response of 12/6/21. I have for 3 weeks before giving up on the lies. They even had someone else reach out stating they could help just to get this email. How are you? We'll be taking another look today at your campaign to ensure everything is running as expected. But hey, I updated you on the 6th of December, telling you how many streams you should have by now and that we would boost some more ad placements to improve your numbers, you simply did not answer me back! But okay, I'll be taking a good look and updating you again so we can discuss and see which kind of upgrade suits you best, okay? If you need anything else, let me know! Best regards, Fernando From: Q Dec 13, 2021, 11:58 AM EST Hi Liz, I have repeatedly asked Fernando for a report on the Spotify account and have been asking for over 2 weeks now and he has not sent them as he said he would initially. I would like to see that before any renewal. But that is the reasoning and I was actually looking to upgrade once I see them.

Hello, Tapscott. My apologies for the troubles and issues you have experienced in our company. Indeed, a first report was sent to you reporting that there were one thousand streams missing from the expected average of your monthly plan. After that, the second report wasn't sent, our deepest apologies for that. Due to many requests during that period, there was a delay that affected this report. Again, I'm sorry for this. As for the offers, they were just standard offers made to our customers, we didn't expect them to offend you. We also haven't lied, we were always checking and promoting your profile after we noticed the numbers could be better regarding the first report. Thank you for your feedback and my apologies for this situation. If you ever feel like coming back, we would be glad to have you. Musicvertising Support Team

Musicvertising is a scam. Fake listeners and fake playlists. I recommend artists not to use this service.

Scam stealing money from artist and uses bots

Do not order this service! They charged my account monthly without doing anything and when I canceled they asked why 🤦🏾♂️

Immediately got thousands of plays from "other source" with 100% like rate and follow rate. Even the playlist they had was all one city, and that's just the beginning of how you can tell; I would rather avoid them knowing all the metrics that are useful to honest people. These people will deny and deny but they are liars. 100%

I'm really glad the Spotify for Artists app gives so much detail about listeners. Everything about the behavior of the listeners screams "bot army." I also couldn't remember my password and tried 4 different times to get the reset link. They even went as far as to actually message me saying they sent me the link every single time, and I still never got it (it wasn't in spam either, I checked.) So now I just had a promo get renewed because I can't log in when I'm already scraping my last pennies together to promote my music.

******UPDATED REVIEW******* PRIOR WAS 5 STARS....NOW I LEARNED MY LESSON..I LOST $70.00 & MY ENTIRE CATALOG WAS REMOVED FROM ALL DISTRIBUTIONS BECAUSE MUSICVERTISING USES BOT GENERATED STREAMS AND LISTENERS....NOT FANS OR TARGETED LISTENERS...THIS COST ME A LOT OF MONEY, ALL THE TIME SPENT IN WORKING WITH MY DISTRIBUTION PLATFORM, SO MUCH CREATIVE TIME LOST. MUSICVERTISING (SUPPOSEDLY NEW YORK, NO, ITS ORLANDO, FL.) THEY WONT EVEN RETURN AN EMAIL NOW TO ANSWER A FEW QUESTIONS..THIS IS A FRAUD COMPANY, AN ACTUAL DETRIMENT TO ANY ARTIST, PERIOD....THE POINTS IN THE WEBSITE ARE FALSE ADVERTISING CLAIMS OF THIS AND THAT AND MISERY IS THE OUTCOME WITH MONEY LOST FOREVER...Look, this is NebiLacK the artist. If you as an artist, have your '*^" together with high quality tracks-mastered, & the reposting on SoundCloud This works. I have high quality distribution worldwide on all platforms. BUT, SPOTIFY RESULTS ARE BEST RESULTS. WHY? Simple, it's the best platform. If you dont have time to spend 24 hours online doing your own promotions, MUSICVERTISING GETS YOU MONTHLY EARS ON YOUR MUSIC. Simple as that. Good luck advancing on platforms without help. Try it, watch your listeners grow..I did it..almost 10,000 monthly listeners in 2 weeks promotion from Musicvertising. They FOCUS ON this goal, and do just that. MOST SITES PULL YOUR MUSIC ALSO, IF YOU CANCEL.. DO YOUR DISTRIBUTION AND LET THESE FOLKS PROMOTE TO EARS!!!!!! NEBZ
