Hello Eduardo! Your campaign doesn't receive guaranteed playlist placement; this information is available on our website. However, we intend to deliver all the expected results using the native advertisement. If you are interested in Playlist placement, I recommend you check our genres of individual playlist placement on this link: https://musicvertising.com/playlist-placement/#playlists Or consider upgrading your campaign to a Premium Plan that does receive assured playlist placement. When you acquired your subscription, your profile had 1155 followers, and now you have 1709 followers. Your tracks had: When I look at you: 1369655 streams Safe: 17935 streams Wasteland: 2603 streams Bad Bitches: 4614 streams Now they have: When I look at you: 1376529 streams Safe: 19149 streams Wasteland: 3560 streams Bad Bitches: 5473 streams So, everything was running as expected. We canceled your campaign, and I requested your refund as you asked. The process may need a few business days. Feel free to contact our customer service channels if you have any questions, we will be glad to help. https://musicvertising.com/contact/ [email protected] Best regards, Musicvertising Customer Service Team
