Ive been using GP for years and recently had to use MN to play a specific piece and dear god it sucks. Something simple like zooming out is either just impossible or so unintuitive it appears so.

NO use unless you use Windows, Mac, Iphone or Android with some creepy app. Sorry. But no. I use a Linux computer. Useless crap. Sheet music, I simply want a PDF. Nothing more. NOthing less. I don't want a creepy app or anything like that. PDF. Done. And this fact is only apparent after purchase. Faugh. Canceled my order immediately, I just hope that at least works.

If you have already made a purchase, you can print your music from any PC or Mac computer via a web browser, or sync, view, and print your purchases through one of our free Musicnotes apps. My wife who passed away 1.5 yrs ago had an account, after recently getting an email from this company i requested that the account be closed as it will never be accessed The response from the support team shows an account CAN NEVER BE CLOSED Here is their response “ As the account already placed an order with us, we are unable to delete the account entirely. This is due to the fact that publishers require we provide them with records of which countries their copyright-protected sheet music products were purchased in. We also must keep record of transactions for accounting reasons.”

Ich wollte für meinen 12-jährigen Sohn besondere Noten besorgen. Man zahlt für einen EINMALIGEN Druck 3,45 € - das ist aber nicht sofort ersichtlich, ich dachte man bekommt dafür das .pdf- doch das kostet dann nochmal extra, so dass ich für einen Notensatz für ein kleines Stück über 7 € zahlen muss. Nachdem der Druck bei uns leider gescheitert ist und man keine Möglichkeit für einen zweiten (kostenlosen) bekommt, stehe ich mit nichts da und der Kundenservice reagiert einfach gar nicht.

Edited to add: finally got my music, they made things right. I paid for sheet music in the app but never received it. I got a receipt from google play but no confirmation email. I have been emailing musicnotes for a week. I've sent proof of payment and the receipt -but no help. I'm nor impressed at their customer service and really just want my music! I've never had trouble before ordering online...maybe an app problem?

I bought a song and then I bought the pro subscription because I wanted to download my song so I spent $15.00 on the pro Subscription to download my song, and then it said, "There was an issue activating your purchase of of Pro Subscription, do you wish to try to activate it now?" Then I did try again several times but each time it didn't work so now, I just spent $15 for a subscription that doesn't even work, and for those who are thinking if it didn't work then it didn't take the money, well on my iphone, it shows the money spent on that subscription.Can I have my money back or can you help me with this problem?
