Purchased a sheet music didn’t know I then had to pay extra for the pdf version and then could only print it off once but because my printer had problems I couldn’t print it again. Frustrating with all these extra costs

Music Notes is horrible. No customer service. The website lost all of the sheet music I was going to buy and there is no help finding it. If this is monitored by Music Notes someone needs to reach out to me. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Payed without getting the sheet music.

I went to this site to purchase one piece of music. I was sent 2 additional and unwanted pieces which they charged me for as well!!!

Unglaublich schlechte Webseite und App. Der EInkauf via Paypal scheiterte schon einmal. Pauschal.

I purchased digital copies of several music sheets, company took my money, but no product is found in my library. None in the site (tried different broswers), none in the app. When I click on the link to see my sheets, all I have is this error: "We're sorry: The link that brought you here seems to have an incorrect order number.". All I have understood is that the digital copy is an "addon" and to be accessed you need to buy also the physical copies. This is unacceptable! You should not be albe to buy an addon without the main product. EDIT: after reaching cuatomer support, they sent the money back.

I was trying to buy a song for $5.99, got to checkout and was paying via PayPal. I got back to the Musicnotes 'Review Your Order' page and all seemed fine but the 'Submit Order' button couldn't be clicked. However, the 'Join Now' button for $14.99 could be clicked on. I didn't do it as I wanted to see what the quality was like with one song before committing to more. I'd checked both the T&C checkboxes, Country (UK) and checked everything else several times - I gave up in the end! Sorry, probably deserves much better than 1 star but I'll never know :(

Fist of all, this is not the first time this have happened. After not being a customer for a long while, I'm suddenly charged for a monthly fee. I can't pay my bills, when they reserve unauthorized amounts on my account. This should be canceled immediately and I've asked them to delete all the information They have on me. So I'm waiting for a confirmation mail on this!
