Buying sheet music has somehow turned into a trip down the Styx river. After paying for the score the service wouldn't allow me to save the PDF, but only, under strict conditions and an ultimatum of "one attempt" or die, print the seven pages of Blue in Green transcript. How? Why? Can I have what I've paid for? I want to play it. Now. It is very kind of you to send the PDF by email. Thank you. I've changed my rating from one star to four.

Lots of great sheet music, with scoring from 'easy' to 'full complicated', and from a whole range of masterful composers and musicians.

I have tried everything to print my music bit all failed. using W10, Chrome and Epson XP 8500. After two days I discovered why. Apparently Epson and Microsoft include adding printers in their updates. I had wondered why my print program had kept chosing Note. I now now it was because somehow MS Note printer software had been installed along with an Epson printer. I managed to delete these, and then everting was fine and my wife now has her print of Pachebel. I apologise to Music notes vor my previous incorrect review.

I very much enjoy the musicnotes website! It's very easy to use and has a great selection of music. However, I don't appreciate the fact that I can only sample the first page of the music. I find it a little bit upsetting just because I don't really get to see what I am purchasing before I buy it. Coming from someone that has some experience with piano and purchasing/downloading music online, I really like it when I get to preview the whole song, just so I know that I for sure want to go through with my purchase. Other than that, I really do like musicnotes and will continue to use it! :)

Have had but minute problems in ordering over several years.

MusicNotes offers great selection of sheet music & excellent customer support. Only down side is they charge an additional $2.00 for PDF's.

Perceived problem: I paid for a song but their print feature truncated the right measure/margin and no matter how I set my printer the file was not complete. It appears that the print quality of the music is ok but there is a software bug in their on-line print driver that is causing a nasty problem. I contacted their support group (Chris) and he reset my account so I could print again but still had the same problem. I cannot recommend this site, they have technical problems no one seems to know how to fix. Very frustrated. The FIX: I am changing my review to a higher star level. I wish to exonerate Musicnotes from the above paragraph. The problem I was having was traced to the FIREFOX browser. When I switched to the CHROME browser the printing worked just fine. I would give them 5 stars but they need to specify using FIREFOX is at your own risk up front. And FIREFOX needs to fix this. I'm fine with Musicnotes and as a show of good faith I downloaded and printed another song that was hard to find anywhere else.
