The site is slower than molasses and often won't load the music I want to look at. Don't waste your time with this site!

When I went to the order summary and clicked on the link to print the music, nothing came up----it said to scroll to the bottom and I did and there was no music. When I contacted music notes "support" he said refresh my page. I did, had the same issue, emailed again and they responded back saying "I had no problem accessing the music, you must've been on the wrong page---here it is" HA! that's almost funny. Really? the support team for the company had no problem accessing the music from their computer? -----cuz i was talking about not being able to access it from MY computer. uhhhhh Dear Music Notes, a bit of common sense business suggestion, instead of blaming the customer---maybe let them know what page they need to be on? I am pretty computer savvy, and while its definately a possability that i could have been clicking on the wrong "click here to print music" link----on the wrong order summary page, its never good business to blame the customer.

This has been going on for years with company. Why they can't solve this consistent problem is a testament to lousy programming and ultimately poor customer service. Is there not anyone else in the music universe who can provide decent transcribable sheet music. Hello!

I HATE this website it is absolutely horrible. I payed for my music and then it wouldn't let me print it or access on any other device. I should not have to download several apps in order to get my music and even then I can't print it and write on it! Unbelievable!! I will never EVER use this website again and the worst part is I can't even get my money back. No one should ever use this site if there a respectable musician. Worst site ever absolutely hate it! I HATE IT.

Bought 4 pieces of sheets music here. From that I could print out only 2 of it. After contacting support I got standard text and offer to buy more. Software is buggy and support is ignoring the complains. Better look for alternatives! I didn't ask PayPal for return because 10 € it's not worth the work. For me: never more!

Purchased sheet music for Sinding's Rustle Of Spring. Spotted a few inaccuracies. Musicnotes acknowleded theere were errors but did not refund, but only offered to reprint the sheet music at my own cost. (However Paypal refunded).

I ordered 2 pieces of music from this site and they double charged me for 2 digital copies. Then they told me I will not get any hard copies which I originally ordered and I addressed the fact that I did NOT have a working printer. I had to pay another $12 JUST TO PRINT these digital copies making my total order combined $30. TO DO ALL THIS WORK MYSELF WHY IN THE WORLD DIDN'T I ORDER FROM ANY OTHER MUSIC SITE???? PPL PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES SOME TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!

After purchasing a son on this site I tried to print it. Only 1 out of 4 pages were printed (though I could see all 4 on my computer). I checked to see if my settings were wrong, nothing to find. I checked the FAQ on the musicsite, no help to find. I send an email as live chat were not available, no answer. The website only allows one print per purchase, so in order for me to print the last 3 pages they want me to purchase the full song again!!? They offer no guarantee of me being able to print the last 3 pages after a yet another purchase, but at the same time they can not help me getting the last pages. All in all - really lousy service They will take your money, but they do not offer any service.
