I posted a 2/5 review on a product I bought recently from Music Direct and they didn't publish it on their website. It seems they only publish positive reviews. So what's the point of having a customer feedback system where they filter out negative reviews?

Website said trade anything in for a product on their website , so I filled out the form with pictures of speaker cable and sent it in, later got a phone call with them telling me oh there won’t be enough profit for us to do a trade like that ( I was trading for a pair of cardas clear 3meter cables). I don’t believe everything they say on their website for now on... at least Audioadvisor has so far told me the truth with prices and trade ins.

They advertise that you can keep a unit for 60 days and return it for any reason risk free. This is not true. You will have to pay for the return shipping of the item unless it is defective or damaged. If you want this kind of guarantee, you need to shop at Crutchfield.

My Order ####1784, a "high value" item was messed up big time. Repeated request felt on deaf ears and no one in their team took a sincere effort. I was charged 72 Dollars and they sent it via 7 Days shipment. Had to call multiple time to correct that. Even with Multiple calls all talk and no action. Very frustrating experience.
