Scam, don't buy it! After waiting for the device for almost a year, and after using it for a year, device stopped working. Devices build and sound is sub-standard. There are much better alternatives.

This is actually a really nice gadget. I now can't swim without it. Comfy, easy to use and nice audio)

Was gifted a sonr music which unfortunately did not function when taken out of the box (suspected battery issue). Have left 3 messages over the last week and had no response whatsoever.

I have had so much confusion trying to return an unopened swim music system. No response from web site …phone number on site disconnected…eventually after many attempts at communication different addresses were given one in California and then one in New Brunswick. I have a feeling sending my device off will be the to someone's advantage but really question if I will ever get my refund . Has anyone else ever returned an item and if so what was the addess

The Product is great. The customer support is greater. No Seriously....This does all it says on the tin. I use this to swim for over an hour. This thing works really well. I would say the smart money is using it with Silicone ear plugs. The Customer support team looked after me. I had a problem with the player and they sent me a new unit and the thing has not skipped a single beat. Worth getting

I like a lot SONR products. I have the SONR Music, mp3 player, and the SONR Communicator (very useful for beginners of all kinds (like me), for the sports to be done in the water) . I use them both regularly. I very much enjoy swimming 3 times a week and using SONR music. The sound is very good, and appreciate that I do not have to wear headphones. great advantage. The service is very good, SONR team answers very fast to the emails. good job!

I bought SONR so I don’t have to deal with wires, bands, ear plugs or anything over my ears. Good sound quality when in water. Very easy to use as MP3 player.
