Volume medium and high set to highest and sound quality and volume pitiful. The worst quality swimming music device I have had the misfortune to use in 15 years. I have experience using bone conduction devices and I have never come across one as poor as this. Unless I can be given precise instructions to make the volume of some use, I will return it and demand a full refund. It does not do what it promises at all and therefore is not as described.

Very disappointed that the highest volume setting was insufficient for hearing music. Another aggravation was getting unit paired, connected & ready to go…carefully placed it under swim cap with music playing…once in position, music stopped! Finally gave up!!! Perhaps other swimmers have had success listening!!! Too big a hassle for me!

The product does not match what is shown in the promotional videos. The performance and sound quality are far below what is advertised, which makes the marketing feel misleading. Customer support was slow and unhelpful, and getting clear information about the return procedure was unnecessarily difficult. The process lacks transparency and feels designed to discourage returns rather than help customers. Overall, disappointing experience with both the product and after-sales service. I would not recommend this brand based on my experience.

Worked for about a month and then stoppped working their customer service is utterly useless and mainly ghost you and dont come back. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Scam, don't buy it! After waiting for the device for almost a year, and after using it for a year, device stopped working. Devices build and sound is sub-standard. There are much better alternatives.

I have had so much confusion trying to return an unopened swim music system. No response from web site …phone number on site disconnected…eventually after many attempts at communication different addresses were given one in California and then one in New Brunswick. I have a feeling sending my device off will be the to someone's advantage but really question if I will ever get my refund . Has anyone else ever returned an item and if so what was the addess
