Most important- their RX products actually work. And if no improvement after 60 days, you can get a refund if you keep your e-nurse check ups. You are given detailed instructions on when and how to use their products. You are notified what your order status is at every step. Shipping time is appropriate because first it goes to their pharmacy to be prepared. The Doctors you are assigned are very helpful, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and in my experience very honest. I was advised when a product I was thinking about would not have helped my issue. You can correspond with your Doctor at any time, while actively using the product. They also have a reward/loyalty program that allows you to accumulate dollars towards your next purchase or refill, which is very helpful. You can change your refill date or cancel your script yourself on the app, if you want or need to. Overall, I am verpy satisfied with Musely.
