Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We are deeply sorry for any confusion. With proper use, one bottle is estimated to last 2-3 months. As our treatments are prescription medications, patients do not need to use a lot at once. Musely does not have nurse practitioners as all our doctors are Board-Certified Dermatologists.
