Negative Experience w/ the Constraints of Communication

I've had two prescriptions ordered and filled since 2023. The customer service is lacking all the way around and the physician you get assigned to is either skimming the information or having a staff member handle this relationship. In 2023, Musely sold a body cream for KP that had to be purchased as the body cream and then you were assigned the Classic KP formulation once symptoms called for it. That prescription expired. Since then, in 2025 when I went to order again, Musely had a standalone KP Cream that came in three formulations. I'd made it known I responded well to the classic, but the physician filled the strongest formulation. I had seen the active ingredients and the combination of what had worked was not listed, but instead, many of the same ingredients I’d used in the past that I didn’t care for or found effective were present. I used it bc dealing with this thru their system is a nightmare, but it was, as expected, stronger, was harder on my skin, and didn’t provide the expected results. When I came back yesterday to renew my old prescription—since they had changed the listing for their KP product line, using the stronger prescription option and trying to have it changed would not let me explain (no field for addl info for doc) that I wanted the classic formulation and that was more in kind with the first prescription. Plus, since it's technically a different medicated cream...it's not a REFILL! As a result, my physician shut decided I’d made a mistake, shifted my request over to the wrong formulation and closed down the consultation (leaving me with nowhere to respond without paying her more) and the inability to renew/change my product and have access to the super60 promo. Customer service in chat didn't get anything accomplished and claimed to be sending me an email bc my situation would require greater research (it's really simple, actually). I never received an email and I started the chat up again. Ended up with the same support agent who didn't even explain why she never sent the email and decided to tell me now bc I've lost faith in the physician assigned and the system structure as a whole, I have to wait for another physician to be assigned and for Faye to send me an email initiating the conversation at some point in the future. This online derm moneymaker is dysfunctionally structured and still struggles with customer service offerings. Anything medical should have a customer service option with a working phone line. All of this and the rating could've been rectified in less than 2 minutes via phone.

Expensive product
Expensive product. It took 6 months to show growth but I still lost hair by end of year. Not renewing. Not worth it. Trying home remedies like tea tree and scalp massage.

Esterol Cream didnt work for me
Dark spot serum works a little bit. The estrogen cream I feel did nothing. I actually gained weight and have had more hot flashes at night. I stopped using it.

The spot cream lighten my spots…
The spot cream lighten my spots slightly but the anti aging cream made my skin constantly peel and red. The cell serum and cerve moisturizing cream are terrible. My skin burns when I apply it and now my skin feels like sandpaper. I have canceled my prescriptions for all of their products.

Still waiting to see results
It's only been a month and I've been religiously using the products. I have not seen any changes. I will wait to see what the 60 day check mark looks like. I had issues finding my starting photos, so I was not able to "check in" at the 30 day mark to see what progress photos I should take (I wanted good comparison photos). Consequently, this is probably where they will "get you" with their 60 day money back guarantee - saying you didn't follow the necessary guidelines. Also - the chemical peel - NO WHERE does it say this product dries on your skin. It remains sticky/wet so sleeping with the product on for the indicated 8 hours or something is not doable. When I mentioned it, they basically said "ok thank you we will take that into consideration for future customers" but didn't provide me with a refund or even offer a credit to add to my account. The bottles are not "see thru" either, so it's hard to figure out what a 1/4 amount looks like. Consequently, I wasted $99 because I was only able to keep it on for a few hours, thus negating the results. Doctor responses are very vague, so when asking additional questions for clarification, be prepared to wait a few days to receive a response. I take serious care of my skin - seeing my dermatologist at least 2/x year and have laser treatments on a regular basis. So I find it odd not to see any changes. However, I do know things to take time when it comes to "creams" due to cellular turn over, so I will see how the 60 day mark goes before I decide to continue or pull the plug so to speak.
