Musely Support can be contacted via email and phone number. Your designated doctor can also be contacted within your account, using either the website or mobile app, to discuss results. While we have had a few price increases over the years, we have never increased prices by 100%. However, you can contact Musely Support and we would be happy to go over the cost with you! 😊

Musely Support is accessible via email and phone to ensure patients can receive any assistance required. Our agents are indeed real people who can assist with any issues. Patients can manage their orders from within their account. This includes cancelling pending or future orders and ensuring these are cancelled. Our website and app also have instructions for assistance! Musely Support can also be contacted for help. 😊

Thank you for your review! If any items were not received, Musely Support can provide Rewards for the exact cost of the missing items or reship them to you. These items can be removed from future orders at any time from within your account. Instructions are available on our website and app if assistance is needed, or you can contact Musely Support! We also recommend reviewing your designated doctor's instructions or priming your bottle if you're finding your medications are not lasting the estimated timeframe.
