Title: Worst Skincare Experience of My Life – Please Be Careful I started using Musely’s anti-aging product in June, and it has truly been the worst skincare decision I have ever made. What was supposed to improve my skin has instead turned into a nightmare. From the beginning, I experienced constant irritation, but I was told this was “normal purging.” Three months later, the purging has not stopped—it has only gotten worse. My face is now covered with cystic acne, pustules, milia, and irritation that I can’t even identify anymore. The breakouts are everywhere, and the pain and redness are uncontrollable. Not only has this physically damaged my skin, but it has also devastated my confidence and self-esteem. I barely recognize my face anymore, and I regret ever starting this product. I know everyone’s skin is different, but I would strongly caution anyone considering Musely. Please do your research and think carefully before trying this. For me, it has been nothing but harm.

I've been using the spot cream for 10 months with zero results. My brown spots/age spots have not faded at all. They have you cycle on and off with hydroquinone so you're not using it too frequently, because apparently if you overuse it, it can cause the opposite effect. When you try to ask questions on their forum to see if other people were having my experience, they delete it. That's why you only ever see excellent reviews, because they control what is posted. I also used the anti-aging cream. Besides the fact that it makes me peel terribly (which is common), I can't say I see a difference. I couldn't use it too frequently because of the constant peeling.

So far my experience hasn't been great. I was going to order the new serum that I saw advertised on Insta, so went to the site filled out aaaaaaall the info but chose to upload photos later. I placed my order but was sent a text saying I had to upload the photos first. So I took the photos logged into musely.com and could not find ANYWHERE that told me how to upload the photos. And yes, I DO know how to upload photos there just wasnt a place on the site for me to do it . So I looked for customer service and all there was only a bot which was ZERO help and a FAQs page which, again, was no help. I have looked for an email or a phone number for customer service and have yet to find one. It does make me quite suspicious. Why on earth is there no way to reach this company? Anyway, I gave up on the serum. Im sad because I had wanted to try it but I can't keep trying to reach customer service. It's EXHAUSTING.

Unable to reach the company by any of the recommended methods from the help center. I have been unable to get any information from my account of billing, treatment, or invoice which did not show in the account. I was unable to submit an email or find or request a phone contact. The first round of the product did not show any results after 3 months so , when I got email notification of payment I tried to stop the subscription as directed above. But no efforts were successful. I want to cancel through the website, but failing that I have taken these other steps. By failing to allow contact, is is clear I will not continue the subscription.

I've been using the spot cream daily for 8 weeks now and I wish I can say my pigmentations are less visible but it's such a disappointing there's no visible improvement that I see. My dark spots look the same from day 1. The Musely team wanted me to keep trying so they sent me another bottle instead of giving my money back. (60 day guarantee). I'll hopelessly keep using

I used two different spot cream over 120 days with NO results. Be aware that you must use the app and use the e-Nurse assistant to interact at specified intervals and you cannot miss any of the dates to get any refund. Not super excited that it is primarily interaction by either AI or automation, not personal. I would not waste your money.

Musely is a complete scam! Stay away! They "sometimes accidentally put the bundle in your cart instead of the single item you thought you were ordering. " then, when your order arrives and it's an entire kit instead of a single product, they tell you they don't accept returns. It is an awful company to work with, and you can get no one on the phone. It is all AI! Quick update… I tried following the link given in their reply to fix the problem, and I could still get to no human being to explain the situation and the different answers I have received from AI. So no help was given, and I'm still stuck with $100 of product when all I wanted was one item. I will not do business with this company again, and I would NOT recommend them to anyone else.

I brought the spot cream anti-aging cream and under eye dark circle cream and I wasted so much money it didn’t work on my skin at all I won’t be ordering again I want my money back it was a waste of time
