Major Disappointment
I feel that this company is a money grab. I’m currently on their hyperpigmentation products for 5 months now with little improvement. I’m using the Spot Cream, the Spot Pill, have used the Spot Peel, and the non HQ Spot Cream for a break. They advertise a 60 day money back guarantee but the dermatologist said not to expect much improvement in that time frame. The dermatologist also was not familiar with other products on the market to give a fair comparison, which, as a professional, I believe they should. The app is incredibly hard to navigate and customer service is just a bunch of canned responses. I’m planning to stop after this cycle unless a miracle happens. I cannot speak for their many other products. EDIT: I read Musely’s response below, however, there is no way to actually chat personally with a customer service representative. There are just articles on topics and FAQ’s, unless I am missing something. Is there a phone number to call. My dermatologist just keeps saying, “stay the course”, which is not helpful. Never any suggestions for specific areas of concern, like my temples. The Spot Peel was particularly ineffective and I feel I should be refunded for that. I’ve had no enurse check ups in a while. Overall, Musely tries to sells this as a personalized service but it isn’t in any way.
