Thank you for your review, we're sorry to hear this! We wanted to clarify that The Body Cream is our medication meant to treat dark spots on the arms and torso. This medication does not have a 6% hydroquinone formula available, and instead only has 12% or 0% hydroquinone options. As you stated your wife wears long sleeves, if she is interested in using The Body Cream on her arms or torso, we recommend contacting Musely Support. They can help review the conversation with her designated doctor and confirm which medication had been requested.
