The bottle says to take before bed for best effect but it does make me need to pee during the night because one of the main ingredients, spironolactone, is a diuretic.

These products took a while longer because of my age (67), but I am very pleased and hope to see continued improvement. My lines have softened. My spots have faded. My face and neck look better than many of my friends that are years younger. I am using the anti-aging formula, the neck cream, and the body cream. I am very pleased and will continue using to maintain and maybe even improve more.
